I have mentioned many different ways to enjoy CBD: from taking baths with it, to taking it in a tincture form and dropping the oil under your tongue. One thing I have not mentioned, nor have I personally tried, is smoking a high CBD strain. Recently, I picked up LA Sage from my dispensary because of the high CBD percentage over the THC count.

Over the past year, I have been taking the time out for myself to focus on my true passion and the things that really bring me warmth. This is important because if I wasn't taking this time to work on me, then The Ganja Chronicles would never exist in the first place! The transformation I have been on has not been easy; it takes patience with yourself, with others, and a lot of compassion. I have to constantly remind myself that I am continually growing and that the knowledge I am seeking will not happen overnight.

2018 is kicking off to a great start but I don't want to forget the past year of Medical Cannabis strains! I began my journey as a Medical Cannabis patient early March 2017 and I saved each and every one of my containers for this moment! I wanted to be able to go back in time as I sifted through jars and random packaging and list down my favorite strains that help me overcome the daily struggles of PTSD and chronic pain.
